Hey Sakhi, Sorry for not replying… and although I checkout your blog almost every weekend…I do not comment, May be I am lazy or something.

this blog is really nice…
I m not a regular blog reader and I used to update my blog only occasionally.
I accidentally visited ur blog……and its only because of my wife. Her name is SAKHI. I was googleling for other wordpress site and saw the name “sakhi”. I clicked on it and I read lots of nice and good stories…..
How and when you are getting time to update and add these much details in blog…
Anyhow its nice work. me added your blog to my blog roll. I will always be ur regular reader

You have quite a big following there. Do you think you should submit your blog to http://www.squidoo.com/Blogroll-India and ask them to cote for you. They can also submit. Check it out.
You have a great pet there. I spent 5 mintes just watching the hamster.
Sakhi is *not* wine. Saki is. Saki in urdu / persian also means the lady you pours out wine onto your pyala.
This is also the name that HH Munro took as pseudonym. If I am not wrong he ws inspired by Omar Khayyam who write Rubbaiyan (or Rubbaiyat, as the western world knows it – which also inspired Madhushala)
Have you read Saki’s short stories? They are brilliant.
